The Most Beautiful (And Delicious) Time To Visit Epcot

I am not shy about proclaiming my love far and wide for Epcot, the most epicurean of all of the parks at Walt Disney World. Walking around the World Showcase, eating and drinking things from each country, is my favorite way to spend a Disney day. But there are better times than others to take in all of the joy that is Epcot. Most people will tell you the best time to visit is during the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival, which happens each fall and features pop-up kitchens from dozens of additional countries that aren’t normally in the World Showcase. I’ve been many times, and I enjoy it, but for me, there’s no better time to visit than during the Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival, which happens every spring and features 30 million blooms across 700 gardens in the park. Seriously, it’s gorgeous. IMG_9472IMG_9477

I wrote A Food Lover’s Guide to the festival for Forbes. But here’s a preview of some of the most delicious things I ate during this year’s event.
